Gandul central: Astazi, eu ma uit la toata abundenta care ma inconjoara. (Obs: traducerea initiala a folosit “eu accept toata abundenta”. Exercitiile din program si sensul lingvistic se apropie mai mult de varianta “eu ma uit la..”)
Intrebarea zilei: Ce inseamna abundenta pentru mine?
(lasa-te purtat de intrebare si de contributia energetica pe care ti-o ofer prin aceasta intrebare, ca de altfel, prin acest site integral)
Tema 1 (pana la ora 20:00):
1. Scrie de 5 ori pe caiet gandul central al zilei.
2. Noteaza-ti pe caiet ilustrari ale abundentei pe care le intalnesti astazi in jurul tau (materiale, spirituale, sufletesti, etc – masini, pahare de cristal, imagini la TV, idei, zambete, natura, etc.).
3. Intocmeste o lista cu 50 de nume conform urmatoarelor caracteristici:
– poate fi o lista mai scurta sau poti avea un numar mai mare de 50 de nume, prenume doar sau numele intreg,
– persoane care sunt, au fost in viata ta, care sunt inca printre noi si/sau care au plecat din aceasta lume,
– persoane cu care te poti conecta/reconecta, care au reprezentat pentru tine un exemplu de dezvoltare din toate punctele de vedere, fie ca ai avut experiente minunate sau mai putin,
** a te conecta in sensul de a intelege comportamentul si energia acestora, nu a copia, prelua, fura cu stiinta sau fara, voluntar sau involuntar, nu a pretinde ca esti acea persoana sau ca ai calitatile acesteia. Urmareste exemplul lor pentru a te descoperi pe tine si a te manifesta pe tine, nu a teoretiza/pretinde/atribui autenticitatea altcuiva prin impostura pentru foloase financiare sau de alta natura, este un castig inselator care te indeparteaza de tine si ii indepartezi si pe altii de la autenticitatea lor. NU VAMPIRIZA! NU PARAZITA! NU COPIA! NU FURA! NU PRETINDE CA ESTI CE NU ESTI! NU UZURPA! Alege sa te alegi pe tine!
– poate ca cel mai corect ar fi ‘persoane pe care le-ai admirat sau le admiri pentru un anumit lucru,
– ca indiciu, poti incepe cu membrii familiei, prieteni, colegi, profesori, doctori, terapeuti, ghizi, persoane de ajutor, sefi, persoane publice, persoane importante, etc.,
– sa le fi cunoscut si interactionat personal.
4. Lasa-te purtat de intrebarea zilei si de contributia energetica pe care ti-o ofer: Ce inseamna abundenta pentru mine?
5. *Ține minte regula conform căreia ai 24 de ore pentru efectuarea exercițiului pentru a putea continua acest program! Trimite fotografie cu cel putin un element din fiecare punct al temei pana la ora 20:00.
Analizeaza reactiile tale atunci cand te gandesti ca ai un interval limitat impus pana la sfarsitul zilei pentru efectuarea temei cu riscul eliminarii din joc si ca vei expune public aceasta tema (ce emotii, ganduri, senzatii corporale, amintiri, etc. te traverseaza).
Obs. Cand faceti meditatia, va recomand sa va alegeti un loc sigur, calm, linistit, unde sa nu fiti deranjati. Si unde va puteti aseza cu coloana intr-o pozitie cat mai sanatoasa si barbia usor indreptata spre piept, pentru o respiratie profunda, abdominala.
